Marketing Coordinator
About the role
We need someone who wants to taste-test every flavor in the marketing ice cream shop, but your MAIN focus is running the social media and community counter. Think of this as your chance to become a marketing generalist with a specialty. You'll join a tight-knit creative team that creates magic daily and get to dip your fingers into every marketing pie we're baking (yes, we're mixing metaphors, deal with it).
Job Responsibilities
Social Media & Community Marketing (Your Main Jam)
- Build a community so tight-knit that they'll create fan art without us asking (the ultimate flex)
- Craft social strategies that drive engagement, reach and growth
- Turn our comment section into a place where people have actual conversations instead of just dropping fire emojis
- Monitor community vibes and turn insights into action
Partnerships & Influencer Marketing
- Scout partnerships that make sense
- Find influencers who match our vibe
- Plan collabs that feel organic and mutually beneficial
Event Support
- Help bring our digital community into the real world
- Support event planning that creates moments worth posting about
- Ensure our IRL presence matches our online swagger
The Learning Buffet
- Get exposure to paid campaigns and performance tracking
- Peek behind the content strategy curtain
- Learn how all the marketing pieces fit together
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years making brands look good on the internet
- Proven ability to build communities
- Social media skills that go beyond "I have a personal Instagram"
- A proactive approach to listening and engaging with online communities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing brand communities
- Knowledge of social tools beyond the native platforms
- Basic design skills because sometimes you need to whip up a quick graphic
- Comfortable handling community feedback, including difficult or unexpected interactions
- Ability to spot trends before they become mainstream
